Welcome to the GYSBI Visitor Management System (VMS) registration page.
All visitors to the GYSBI sites must undergo a mandatory induction which requires that you completely watch the video and answer some questions at the end.
A visitor who fails to personally complete this requirement may be denied entry to the GYSBI’s facilities.
All company representatives providing registration assistance to its personnel who will be visiting must ensure that the person completes the induction themselves.
If a company fails to ensure that this is done, it will be held liable for any non-compliance or non-conformities.
The photo being submitted must be a headshot (chest and above) of the person visiting.
Images such as ID cards, animals, avatars, icons, etc are unacceptable.
If the visitor's image does not meet the basic requirements, they will be required to have
their photo retaken and updated by security personnel upon arrival.
